TopWorks Cleaning is committed to your complete satisfaction, which is why we strive to offer the most professional, affordable, and reliable cleaning services around. Our team of experienced professionals has taken the time to answer some of our most frequently asked questions for your convenience.

  • Is a long-term contract required for service?
    We usually put together service agreements that are valid for 1 year and renewed on a yearly basis thereafter per client. However, either party may terminate the agreement with no penalty.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. TopWorks Cleaning is fully insured with $1,000,000 liability insurance to protect your home/office space and to give you peace of mind.
  • What towns do you service?
    All towns in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire and all towns in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
  • What should I expect on my first cleaning appointment?
    We will arrive at your location fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your office or building. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we perform an in depth cleaning and need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along much faster.
  • Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
    Yes. You will have the same cleaning professionals for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust. You will have a team of two cleaners (same team) for each cleaning. If anything changes, we will notify you in advance.
  • What will it cost to have my office space cleaned?
    The cost will depend on how large the office space is, the amount of cleaning required and how often you need our services. We will be able to provide a much more accurate quote by speaking with you over the phone and scheduling an on-site visit.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
    If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours notice. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together. Please note that rescheduling or canceling your appointment might not guarantee that we will have an opening available until a few days later.
  • How will you enter the office or building on the scheduled cleaning days?
    We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key or key card. 2. You can give us the security code to the main entrance. 3. Let us know if you have any special requests.
  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We will invoice your office for the cleaning services rendered the month prior on the 31st of each month. All invoices are NET30 so you will have 30 days from the day the invoice was sent to provide payment in full. We accept check, credit card or ACH payment. If you'd like to pay online, please click on the button at the top of the page that says "Pay My Invoice" and you will be redirected to our secure payment page.

  • How will our relationship work?
    At TopWorks Cleaning, we recognize the importance of communication, especially when it comes to any specific cleaning requests you may have for your office space. Here at TopWorks Cleaning we value your trust and do everything possible to earn it by performing professional, reliable, top-notch cleaning services designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
  • What time does your team arrive?
    While we cannot guarantee our exact time of arrival because we give every office the attention it deserves and requires. We do offer arrival windows for your convenience. If you'd like, we can provide a 30-45 minute window and unless there has been a delay or change in schedule, we will notify you immediately.
  • Am I liable for employment taxes, workers' compensation, or insurance?"
    No. TopWorks Cleaning is proud to be a worry-free commercial cleaning service solution. This means that we take care of any personal liability with regard to employment taxes and work-related injuries. We’re fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
  • How soon can I take 'cleaning' off my to-do list?
    Contact our team to schedule a free on-site consultation with no-obligation. We’ll take the time to thoroughly inspect your property and discuss your budget, schedule, and cleaning preferences with you before providing a free estimate. With more than 30 years of industry experience, TopWorks Cleaning knows how to accommodate first-time customer requests.
  • How can I share my experience with TopWorks Cleaning?

  • Can I provide the cleaning crew with special instructions?
    Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your office's level of clean. In order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you email us directly. Our friendly staff will be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.
  • Does your cleaning team accept tips or bonuses?
    While tips aren’t expected, we do accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide it at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our Google page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
